Help us to improve our service

We are always looking for ways to improve our service to clients

Your feedback, including complaints, plays an important role in improving our service. If you have an enquiry, suggestion, compliment or complaint, we would like to hear from you and you will receive a response outlining timeframes within two business days. To help us efficiently manage your input please include as much detail as possible, for example;

  • Your organisation if a VMIA client
  • Contact email and phone number
  • Claim number or relevant document references
  • A detailed description of your feedback
  • What response you would like to receive.

Public Interest Disclosures (formerly Whistleblowers)

Under the Protected Disclosures Act 2012, disclosures made to the VMIA about improper conduct or detrimental action are no longer protected. If you wish to make a disclosure about VMIA or an employee of the VMIA, and wish for that disclosure to be protected, you must make the disclosure to the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission (IBAC).
