Overview
Managing risk is part of everybody’s job. Effective risk management supports informed decision making and helps to achieve positive outcomes at every level of an organisation.
This session will build your confidence in understanding risk management concepts, frameworks and tools to assist you and your organisation manage risk.
Tools
We aim to deliver interactive workshops utilising different activities and engaging tools to support the content. Two tools we use are Miro and Menti. We have some guidance if you have not used these tools before.

Learning outcomes
By the end of the workshop, you should be able to:
- understand key risk management concepts
- apply risk based decision making
- use relevant risk management tools
Audience
This session is suited to those interested in risk management with limited or no risk management expertise and knowledge.
